Available Slots for Incoming Grades 8 and 9 for SY 2017-2018

Good day!

San Pablo City Science High School will be offering slots for incoming Grade 8 and Grade 9 students for SY 2017-2018.

Interested applicants must have final grades not lower than 85 for English, Mathematics,  Science and other Mathematics- and Science-related subjects (e.g. Research, Statistics, Trigonometry). They must also have final grades not lower than 83 for other subjects.

Applicants are required to undergo the following procedure:

  1. Avail the application form from the school.
  2. Submit the filled out application form, photocopies of school report card and birth certificate, and two 1×1 ID pictures, on the following screening dates: May 22-25, 2017.
  3. Undergo a series of tests and an interview.

Schedule of screening:

  • First screening test: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm of the following dates: May 22-25, 2017
  • Interview (for those who passed the first screening): 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm of the day you took the first screening test.
  • Second screening test: 8:00 am to 11:00 am of the next day

Results will be posted on this website.

Entrance Examination for Incoming Grade 11 Students and Grade 12 Transferees under the STEM Strand for SY 2017-2018

Good day!

The entrance examination for incoming Grade 11 students and Grade 12 transferees under the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Strand offered by the SPCSHS will be on April 1, 2017, 8:00am-12:00pm. For those who have not yet pre-registered at the school, they will be accepted as walk-in applicants.

Examinees are advised to bring IDs, pencils, erasers, and sharpeners. Both examinations will cover topics in English, Science, and Mathematics.

UPDATE: For walk-in applicants, they must be at the school before the administration of the exam, that is preferably before 7:30 am, but not later than 8:00 am.
